General Terms and Conditions

All quotation is valid for 30 days. All quotes do not include GST. Eddie Cheah Electronics reserves the rights to revise the terms and prices of quotation after expiring date.
All quotations provided by us on phone/email are based on the accuracy details provided by the customer. The customer should ensure that the quotation meets with their and any third party needs. Eddie Cheah Electronics reserves the rights to revise the price if subject to inaccuracy information.
Eddie Cheah Electronics shall receive full payment on the day of completion of the work. Job duration within 7 days worth AU$5000 and more, we claims deposit for 30% of the total amount. The balance is payable on the day of complement. For progress job, Eddie Cheah Electronics may claim some progress payment for labor and materials.
Repair/upgrade job charges by hours, alternatively, please contact us for fixed price quotation.
We will carry out only the installation works described in the quote. If any additional works not described in the quote are found to be necessary during the course of the installation, these works will be quoted for separately and only carried out after the customer has completed and signed a amended quotation.
We will do all that we reasonably can to meet the date agreed for installation. However, in the case of any unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control we may not be able to do so. In such circumstances we will contact you to arrange an alternative date. The Customer will also do all that he/she reasonably can do to enable the installation to take place on the given date. In the case of any unforeseen circumstances beyond the Customer’s reasonable control the Customer should contact us to arrange an alternative date.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that, prior to the installation works starting, all furniture and other items are removed from the area of the installation
Eddie Cheah Electronics does not involve with any unsafe/hazards working environment.
Eddie Cheah Electronics only warranty the products provided by us.
Eddie Cheah Electronics has no responsibility to fix the existing damage at customer's property. The customer should report new damage caused by us on the day of installation.
Customer shall be responsible to provide electricity, power point, working telephone line, working network, access of property ect. to ensure our installation.
Eddie Cheah Electronics reserves the rights to ownership of the products until final payment is received.
